What is Projective?

Projective is a recently created division of KennedyPearce Consulting which has arisen due to an increasing demand for expertise in recruiting staff for Project based work.

With any company the scope and scale of the projects that may be undertaken varies enormously, but the impact on the business is still just as crucial. At Projective we understand that, and treat every assignment with equal importance and consideration. Whether it be placing all individuals from Programme Director down, or simply filling in the gaps, where the current seconded staff are not fully equipped with the expertise, and require specialists to aid in certain areas. Projective are able to help.

Projective take a purely consultative approach in providing staff. We know that requirements are varied, often specialised and constantly changing throughout the course of the project.
