Andrew Kennedy - Director

Andrew is founding partner of KennedyPearce Ltd. Following a successful 10 year career leading a number of teams in developing both commerce & Industry as well as Financial Services divisions within a leading global recruitment business Andrew joined forces with Stephen Pearce in early 2006 and KennedyPearce was launched.
After successfully establishing the interim side of the business Andrew now concentrates his efforts in developing the operations; by constantly monitoring and analysing market trends in determining maximum growth areas for our business. Andrew lives on the East Coast and enjoys spending time skiing in the Swiss Alps……time permitting. Andrew firmly believes the success of our business is down to our people………………”and they’re the best”!!!
Stephen Pearce - Director

Stephen is the co-founder of KennedyPearce Consulting, He studied and gained a degree in Business Studies at Liverpool in 1997. After returning from travelling the world he moved to London in 1999. After quickly establishing a successful career working within Recruitment, Steve launched his own venture with Andrew. KennedyPearce Consulting was born in May 2006. Steve’s experience over the last 10 years has seen him building strategies, teams and revenues within Financial Recruitment. Steve’s key strength is forging and maintaining strong partnerships with clients and candidates. He lives in London, the greatest city in the world, and is passionate about finding candidates the right jobs, food, and Everton FC!
Steve Allin – Temporary Services Senior Consultant

Steve joined us in March 2008 to manage our fast growing Temporary team. After 4 highly successful years as the senior consultant within an International recruitment business he decided to team up with his old friends Stephen Pearce and Andrew Kennedy to grow the business and develop his career after getting married in December 2007. With a previous background working in finance, Steve found it relatively easy to relate to both clients and candidates and has numerous testimonials to his name as he works as a consultant rather than a salesman. He still enjoys the buzz of making a difference to people lives and feels proud of his achievements so far as many candidates soon become clients if you stay in touch!!!
Ann Catlin - Surrey - Senior Consultant

Ann has recently joined the Surrey team having worked for 12 years with a major international recruitment consultancy. Having worked the Surrey market place for over 7 of those years she has dealt with sme's and local blue chip clients placing candidates on a permanent basis. An oxford graduate Ann has down to earth approach to recruitment believing that honesty is the best policy when it comes to servicing the needs of her clients and candidates. By getting to know how each line manager operates she has been able to effectively match individuals to roles who then become her loyal clients. A consistently high sales performer Ann specialises in positions from part qualified to Financial Director.
Paul Hinds – City – Director Of Temporary Services

Paul has joined KennedyPearce having recently headed up the Interim / Temp team of a leading International Recruitment Group. With over 12 years of financial recruitment experience gained both in London and in Sydney he has continuously developed solid relationships with his candidates and clients. Paul prides himself on his consultative and professional service and believes that the key to success is by offering a bespoke solution to all. Paul specialises in placing contract and interim finance professionals into the financial services industry.
Outside of work Paul still spends Saturdays pretending he can still play football and supports Arsenal, still hoping for that elusive bit of silverware.
Jim Gervaise Brazier - Financial Services Operations - Senior consultant

Jim Gervaise Brazier has been recruiting into the operations space in Financial Services industry since 2005. He specialises in Operations, Client Services, Sales/ Marketing and Performance. Jim has a very personal approach to recruitment and understands the importance of cultural fit as well as hard skills. He has built his success around this approach, meeting every client and candidate in order to find the perfect match for both parties. Jim joined Kennedy Pearce in February 2010 after 3 years as a Team Manager at a Leading Financial Services Recruiter.
Outside of work his interests lie in music, performing in various bands, he plays guitar, bass guitar and sings. He lives in Hackney and loves old cars and guitars.
Daniel Pallett - Financial Services Operations - Senior consultant

Daniel Joined KennedyPearce in 2009 with a focus on recruiting Operations, Sales and Marketing candidates into Hedge Funds, Asset Managers and Banks. He joins the team with 4 years recruitment experience in his market as well as 6 years Middle Office Operations experience at leading Investment Banks. Having this experience on 'both sides of the fence' is extremely valuable and has enabled Daniel to demonstrate his capability to his Clients and candidates.
Daniel's other interests are generally socialising in the City and Billericay, where he lives and is a keen snowboarder and festival goer.
Carmela Tangi – Finance Director

Carmela has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge through out her working career in finance. She studied and trained as an auditor with Grant Thornton Chartered Accountants after which she took the role of finance manager for the UK office of Germany’s largest interior fit out companies managing such projects as Canary Wharf Tower, The Gherkin and Chek Lap Kok airport in Hong Kong. More recently her role has been that of group finance manager for an international property development business. When Carmela is not being passionate about numbers and Liverpool FC she’s enjoying other sports such as F1 racing, cricket & rugby, the après not the participating of. Her real love is for music listening to and seeing live bands and is what she can be found doing most weekends.
Lorraine Traynor - Financial Services Senior Consultant

Lorraine came on board in April 2009 to help grow the Financial Services Division and in particular Financial and Product Control, Audit Regulatory and Compliance positions within Investment and Retail Banking to Asset Managers, Hedge Funds and Private Banks. After 11 highly successful years, holding a number of positions within an International recruitment business Lorraine decided to join old colleagues and friends at KennedyPearce. She prides herself on relationship building and nurturing. This has resulted in many of her clients and candidates becoming very good friends over the years. Along with her consultative approach Lorraine genuinely cares about needs of clients and candidates alike and always takes a long term view which is evident in the strength of her network across the Financial Services sector.
Oliver Vane - Projective - Director

Oliver started his recruitment career over 7 years ago. Having graduated from Liverpool University in Genetics, Oliver moved quickly in recruitment, enjoying the people orientated side of the business. Over time he has worked for two leading recruitment companies before joining KennedyPearce Consulting two years ago. He has experience working on permanent and contract recruitment, in both the Finance and Commerce & Industry sectors.
During his time at KennedyPearce, Oliver began by recruiting for senior finance and accounting contractors and has built a strong network in senior interim/project professionals. Over the last year, due to market conditions, Oliver has delivered for a number of clients requiring experienced professionals for various change projects within their businesses. Due to this success, the decision was made to start a new division of KennedyPearce, specialising in recruiting Project Management professionals. Hence Projective was created.
