We are partnered with a well-established company situated in Hanwell, W7 on the search for a Financial Controller on a full time permanent basis with hybrid working available. This is a newly created job opportunity and we are searching for a qualified accountant who is commercially driven and can drive efficiencies and processes. As the company continue to grow, there is prospects for you to move into a Finance Director position within the next 3 years and become a board member.

Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Lead the finance function and manage a team
• Act as Financial Counsel to executive management
• Delivery of comprehensive financial reports
• Oversee the production of monthly management accounts
• Manage all aspects of treasury and cash flow
• Report on budgets, expenses, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Business plan development based on finance reporting
• Budget management and reporting
• The collection and interpretation of financial data
• Advise senior management on financial issues
• Anticipate future trends in finance
• Analyse current market trends
• Analyse competitor activity
• Implement controls and procedures.
• Ad-hoc projects.

On offer is a salary between £65,000-£75,000 per annum plus bonus (usually around £5K) and a whole host of company benefits including free parking, holiday, pension and healthcare etc.
