A pan-European Real Estate Investment business is recruiting for a qualified Property Fund Accountant to join the close-knit finance team based in central London. The role is an excellent, broad-ranging career opportunity offering exposure to the transactions side of the business as well as working closely with senior members of the team.

Job duties include:

• Reviewing financials received from external third-party suppliers
• Managing the audit process
• SPV accounting
• Group Reporting
• Statutory filing requirements including tax and financial reporting
• Managing projects from a finance perspective and being involved in change projects
• Managing internal controls and procedures
• Financial modelling
• Exposure to various aspects of financial transactions

Skills required:

• An accountancy qualification with substantial PQE in a Real Estate Fund environment
• Experience of IFRS and ideally variations of European GAAP standards
• Real Estate Fund sector experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Excel skills, ideally with financial modelling experience
