  • Provide guidance and coaching to product managers, helping them develop their skills and drive their teams toward successful outcomes.

Product Delivery & Execution:

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time and meet high standards of quality.
  • Prioritise features and initiatives based on business value, user impact, and resource availability.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
  • Ensure rigorous testing, iteration, and optimisation throughout the product development process to ensure maximum value.

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement:

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define product priorities and ensure alignment with broader business strategy.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the product team, effectively communicating product vision, status, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Present regular updates on product performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives to the executive team and other stakeholders.

Role Requirements

Product Leadership & Strategy:

  • Extensive experience in product management, with a proven ability to define and execute successful product strategies.
  • Strong background in managing product teams, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop product professionals.
  • Demonstrated success in driving product roadmaps, from early-stage development through to successful launch and iteration.
  • Strong business acumen and experience aligning product development with strategic company goals.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of working with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver exceptional products.
  • Ability to influence and motivate teams and individuals at all levels of the organisation.

Customer-Centric & Data-Driven:

  • Strong focus on customer needs, with the ability to translate market research, user feedback, and data into actionable product insights.
  • Ability to balance user-centric design with business and technical requirements.
  • Data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyse product performance and adjust strategies based on key metrics.
