Key Responsibilities:

• Administer loan applications, approvals, and disbursements with precision and in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of loan portfolios and associated documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Credit, Risk, and Legal to address loan-related queries and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor loan accounts to ensure timely payments and settlements.
• Provide exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries related to loan processes and documentation.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of loan administration processes.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: A degree or diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 3+ years in loan administration, preferably in an international banking environment.
• Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in banking systems and general office software.
  • Knowledge of international banking regulations is advantageous.
