Job description

We're hiring a Part-Time Administrator to support a well-established organisation in Central London. You'll be working 21 hours a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors

  • Arrange UK and international travel

  • Draft emails and letters

  • Handle post and diary management

  • Organise meeting refreshments

  • Process expenses and invoices

  • Support board/committee meetings

  • Assist with general admin tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Great communication and organisational skills

  • High attention to detail and confidentiality

  • A team player who can multitask

  • Confident using Microsoft Office (training provided for other systems)

  • Sufficient experience in an administrative role (previous experience in a PA/EA or Secretarial role would be an advantage)
