A prestigious city Investment Management Firm has a new opportunity to join their team on a hybrid working basis with great benefits. This strategic position will be primarily responsible for managing the revenue streams, accounting, tax, service charge, treasury, reporting and governance aspects of investment structures in the UK and overseas.
Key Responsibilities as Fund Accountant include:
Liaising with Investors, reporting, producing and presenting results
Implementation of strategies following tax and structuring guidelines.
Establishment of external debt financing as required.
Monitoring and control of the preparation of management accounts, statutory accounts and tax compliance
Overseeing annual corporate budgeting process and maintain Fund Models
Monitoring working capital requirements to ensure investments are properly funded.
Debt monitoring and covenant reporting
Overseeing delivery of property service charges, contributing to the control process to ensure adherence to budgets and timely delivery.
Monitoring and control of tenant arrears collection
The ideal candidate will be:
ACA or ACCA
Experience in audit or working closely with auditors.
Experience of debt financing.
Experience of overseas corporate structures.
Experience in real estate asset management.
