I'm currently partnered with an international bank who are hiring a CASS & Regulatory Compliance Officer on a 3M FTC (possibility of extension) within their London office.

Offering up to £70,000 (MAX), with fantastic international banking exposure. - Please note this role is based in the office full time, which is 5 days per week (not negotiable).

This role is perfect for someone looking to…

• Develop exposure to senior managers in their regulatory compliance career and knowledge within a relationship driven environment, ensuring policies are implemented.
• Undertake Compliance Monitoring, horizon scanning, thematic reviews and CASS Audit work.
• Assist in financial crime reporting, compliance training and engage / build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels across the business.

Ideally you will be or have.

• A solid compliance background, and experience with CASS.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience within, ideally a 'Asset Management', 'Investments or Wealth', 'International banking', or at the very least a financial services environment.
• Knowledge of compliance reviews, mifidII reporting, compliance monitoring, audit assurance, FCA Regulations and advising on Compliance policies.
• Ideally strong advisory knowledge and experience within regulatory compliance, including financial crime, and be a collaborative key stakeholder with excellent relationship building skills.
